On the 20th of April I lost my Wallet which had my cellphone and Absa credit card and Nedbank Cheque account at Cresta Shopping Mall.By the time I got assistance from security personnel at EDGARs to cancel my cards transactions were made on ABSA Credit card. ABSA tells me that there is nothing they can do to assist me even though the incident was reported, and that I will be liable for the transactions.

Mind you I have credit card insurance with them and this is what they tell me. They didn't even follow up on the leads and try and catch the culprits (NOTHING!) I have a good mind of moving to another Bank. I expected a whole lot more from them, seeing that they have the report of what happened.
