Dont want to repair

Was in a car accident where a woman drive into me. My car went in for repairs and after more than 2 Month they let me know my car was ready for pickup, car was nor ready and it took more than a month again. After i collected the car i realize that there is a noice coming from the wheel went back to the mechanic and was told by them it was only the new brackes. It go on more than a year, I went to my own mechanics that told me there is more than R17000.00 damage on my vehicle inclueded the wheels that must be replace.
