Bad workmanship

I was recently in an accident and damaged the right hand side of my car. The repairs were carried out by MF Autobody in Boksburg. They did the initial repairs, I collected my vehicle, on closer inspection I noticed that there were "fisheyes" and other specks and spots in the paintwork and they had failed to carry out the wheel alignment as per the job requirement. I took the car back and they told me they would sort it out, after chasing up numerous times to get the car booked in again they eventually got it in and gave me a courtesy car. To my surprise after 3 days they contacted me and said that the vehicle was ready, I knew this would be a push as there was a lot of work to do before the car would have been correct. I inspected the car and once again pointed out all the problems with it that they had not addressed. they kept the car and re-did the job for the 3rd time, on inspection i once again found obvious faults with the repair work, after highlighting these the manager came out to me and told me that they would not do work on my car any more and that because it has 160K on it and some other marks they think that its acceptable, clearly they dont know what they are doing!
