UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER& BAD COLLECTION

Ever since I have had various accounts in my whole entire life, I have never come across such thing, being debited without being contacted or you giving any authorisation for debit order to go off you account at any date of the months, when I only get paid last day of the months,

Collection that being done without confirming on their database, as at times I would receive the reminder SMS to pay my account to avoid Legal Actions to be taken under my name, and at that point in time, the debit order would have gone off my account already,

Always I have to request my statement before they sent it, and as far as I know that is suppose to be sent out every months, the client have a right to receive and know how much is still outstanding on his/her account on the monthly basis. Please call clients before doing your own decisions with clients accounts.
