Being trying to get hold of someone to assist in the last week. From call centre to the contact person that I dealt with previously, Eve (043) 702-4958. I have not been receiving any statements for year, a debit order I did not authorise which was deducted in February 2013 is still not explained to me and I need to get my settllement balance. All emails have been returned to me although i have used such addresses before. I cannot FICA because i dont have any correspondence from Real People. This is not the best customer service.
