REAL PEOPLE - USELESS IN CUSTOMER CARE

I have contacted real people a good few weeks ago regarding a change in my debit order date. Still the debit order when out on the same date as before. I emailed a total of 6 times for someone to call me regarding this. No one cared to call!!! I then called twice and got disconnected and no one still bothered to call. I emailed on their website under complaints last week Already and STILL no one has called me!!! I am so frustrated & would just like to say how useless they are when it comes to their customer service and I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with such people!!!
