FNB STUFFS UP AGAIN

I was supposed to be billed R135 on the 25th of April 2013 for the BB 9360 that I ordered and thereafter on the 1st of every month as per my requests.

I was billed R99 around the 26th of April 2013 for a BB 9300 and have not been billed as yet for my 9360.
Bearing in mind that I ONLY have 1 BB contract with FNB.

Why the am I being billed the wrong amount for the wrong phone?

And why is it a mission to get someone to phone me back! I sent an e-mail to smartdata on 26th April with an automatic reply saying they will phone me within 24hours working day!

It is 3rd May 2013 and not one has phoned me back, yet when they want to swamp us with their stupid products we become "valued customer".

I want this problem to be rectified immediately and I want to be billed on the 1st of every month for the correct amount!
