I logged a Retrenchment Claim with IUA and it was approved. I contacted Wesbank to say that it was approved and to ensure no debit order goes through. I further sent an email stating that no debit order is to go through. Debit order went through last night. I contacted your customer care FIVE times with no joy!!! I am still waiting for the agent to call me back as she said she would! I want that money back in my account immediately!
