Please don't ever contact this place, the staff including management are useless. Applying for financial assistance from this place is like giving birth or even worst. The long wait endless phone call and emails to them with no response. Then they want to bill for services rendered, when they are so useless and really didn't even do anything on the account. Someone should really just close that place down.
