I submitted an instruction on 20/02/2013 to cancel a client's debit order, and have received no response other than auto receipts telling me my instruction has been received. I have followed up, but still nothing from them. How difficult is it for someone to reply to my email and say "your request has been processed". I need this written confirmation in order to comply with the FAIS Act. How many times should I need to ask?
