Went to my bank in order to apply for a loan to pay the debt left over by the tenant of R37k to City of Jhb. Have inherited a house worth R800k, for which The Master has had the application since Nov2011 to date no letter. Being self employed, I cannot get a personal loan. Cannot get a loan through the house as it's not in my name. Have been without water for 3 weeks now. I NEED HELP FROM MY BANK!!! Come on, a loan of R50k vs an unencumbered house of R800k... where is the sense in this.
