Bruma Finance
No settlement letters as requested - TWICE

I first contacted Bruma Finance on the 25th of April to request settlement letters for my loans, and I was told I would receive it asap. On Monday, the 29th, still nothing. I sent an e-mail, and then I phoned again on the 30th. More promises. I have not received the settlement letters! How am I supposed to pay these people if they won't tell me how much I owe them??
