My mother Jeanne Nelson is a Budget insurance member. On the afternoon of 2 May my mother had a burst pipe at her home. She contacted Faye of Budget, who received the plumber's quote for repairs, and quickly authorised him to go ahead. Within just over 24 hours the payment for the repairs had been received in my mother's account. She really appreciated Faye's efficiency and good communication and the ability to deal with one person throughout the process.
