I registered a motor vehicle claim on the 25th of november 2013, Malie Brown based in pretoria was the advisor appointed for my claim, she never calls me and everytime i must call and find out how far are they with the claim, and only being told that she is waiting for a report from the assessor. called the assessor who then told me that the report has been sent on 4th of dec. called Malie again and asked for feed back, she finally said that she had the report and will contact me and let me know. I then spoke to her manager who promised to call me back, till today i have heard no news and i think the delaying tectiqes are just not to pay for my claim. i have never experienced such bad service.
