RCS STEELING MY MONEY!!!

On the 12th op July 2012 I bought a computer at Hi-Fi Corporation on my RCS card but when I received the computer it was a different one so I told them I don't want a different one, I want the one that I bought. So I went back to the till and reversed the transaction, they phoned RCS and told them also send them the refund papers. But still on today the 02 Mei 2013 I am still paying that computer I never bought!!! I have phoned rcs a thousand times they just say we will fix it but they never do!! The last time I phoned I spoke to a Gailloin & Eli but still nothing happened of it even after I send them a email on the 17 April but nothing... I want my money plus interest back for all these months!!!
