My prestige chq card was 2wks ago, called callcentre to stop card, spoke to Gale, says once reported, system will automatically order&debit my acc R106, since card will only be sent in 7days, i had no access to funds or internet banking, Gale says go to branch. Went to Bridge City, enquiry clerk Siya Mpungula assisted me&said to me that since i paid for the chq card, i wont be charged R76 for temp card. A day later my acc is debited with R106 R76, called Prestige callcentre, spk to Zwethde who logged query for R76 and for Special clearance charges R95 instead of R85.2/3days later Umhlanga Ridge debits my acc R20, call callcentre, dicovered my ref.number incorrect, each person i speak to wants to know entire story then im told contact Prestige banker, i decide to send Theresa Singh a page long email, she replies "Sorry i cant help. You need to see an enquiry clerk". Go back to Bridge City, guy handling complicated queries refuses to assist&says your Prestige banker suppose to sort this out. Call the Callcentre again, gets escalated to teamleader. Get a call couple hours later from Roxanne who says she send the query to Bridge city teamleader&il get a call confirming reversal. Still no feedback!!!
