I am extremely annoyed at the fact that my account was debited twice due to an error by African Bank. Due to this, two of my other debit orders were declined by my bank and I was charged R115 FOR EACH of them. To further inconvenience me, both my cellphone lines has been disconnected due to non-payment and I am being charged R80 to reconnect AND I will be listed as a slow payer. NOW I am being told that the money will be refunded to me in 7 working days, REALLY? 7 WORKING DAYS?? Apparently its 'procedure' then what was the procedure followed when you debited my account TWICE for one month? I refuse to wait for money that you had no right to take! I also expect my unpaid debit order fees to be refunded that caused me to go into overdraft and will possibly be charged overdraft service fees! I don't see why I have to pay for your pathetic mistake!
