Standard Bank
No ATMS working, no service

I live in Orkney in the North west, work in Klerksdorp, been a loyal customer of Standard Bank for 13 years. I do most of my banking at the Orkney branch, and at the Flamwood branch, and use the ATM's at MCC spar. I have to say we have been getting truly poor service at the orkney branch. The ATM's are alwats broken, or when the do work they are slow, they have no paper, and very long lines of people. Do you truly expext an entire town to use 2 ATM's? That dont even work? And it doesnt help to complain to the staff inside the bank, nothing is done. Truly pathetic. MAybe FNB is right, I should move to them. The ATMs at htne Flamwood branch was also broken yesterday, couldnt do any banking, and on the day before a holiday? Come on Standard Bank, you used to be the best, now you are just giving us slow service with broken ATM's.
