Smartphone Order Placed in May and still NOTHING!

In the beginning of May i placed an order for a smartphone through my online banking. 4 WEEKS passed and i still had heard nothing from FNB. I then placed a complaint on FNB's Facebook page and get a response from RBJacobs who asked me to email my query for him to follow up. This was on the 3rd of June. He then responds saying he took the matter to the Sales Service team and gave me a reference number: 290825. The next day, the 4th of June i received a call from someone at FNB saying that i had to re-do the order with them manually, great, this made me happy even though i had now waited over 5 weeks already! She told me to expect a call from the courier company within 3/4 days. Guess what, still no call! So i emailed RBJacobs again on the 18th of June, a further 2 weeks of waiting to inform him that i had not received a call from the courier company, he said he will take the matter to the Smart Devices Service team to follow up and gave me a reference number: 299944. And that was that. It is now the 18th of July, a MONTH after my last complaint and a total of 2 and a half months since my initial order placed. FNB, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU - WHAT A JOKE! Very disappointed customer.
