Being Promised what I cant have

When I got called to get my Gold Cheque Card from a Consultant. I was explained as to what I could do as per my benefits. And one of the benefits that I ''qualified" for was a Debt Consolidation Loan.

It didnt appeal to me 3 months ago, Until I recently found out that my brother ran up a of not paying my installments of up to 50 000 - I then consulted FNB for help as I was blacklisted by the merchant and wanted out. At the age of 22 this is not ideal for me.

As I said I consulted with FNB and spoke to 2 Consultants by the name of Constance and Thabo who declined my application (Obviously because im blacklisted) however told me that they are going to make a plan with there managers and superiors so that they are able to help me out. After That I E-mailed RB Jacobs who escalated me to a consultant who HUNG UP the phone after me explaining my story!!!???

Its been two weeks and NO response, I have E-mailed constantly and been back and forth running up my work phone.

All I wanted was to sort myself out. As I am young and dont want the debt!

I am appalled and quite disgusted with the Empty Promises you gave me!
