Stinking attitude

Firstly I would like to say that all my banking including my home loan is with standard bank. I visited southdale branch at the end of last year telling them I was in too much debt and wanted to take out a loan to pay off some debt as I was battling and could not survive every month. they said that although I was not blacklisted I was over indebted and they could not help me. They gave me a number to phone to get a consolidation loan. After numerous attempts I could not get through was told I was at the wrong department and another number was given to me. Nevertheless I could not get through and I went elsewhere and got a smaller loan which just got me in to more trouble. I now understand why people do not pay there accounts and get blacklisted because when you try and be honest and get help you get pushed away. Shame on you standard bank. Which I had the money to go to another bank
