I GOT AN ACCIDENT ON THE 18TH OF NOVEMBER 2012, I CALLED MY INSURANCE CLAIMING MY ACCIDENT. THEN AFTER THAT THERE WAS A LADY CALLED MEGAN, WHO WAS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MY CLAIM, BUT SINCE FROM THE 19TH TO THE 17TH OF DECEMBER, I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM HER TELLING ME WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN. I WAS DA ONLY ONE CALLING HER ALWAYS.
AFTER THAT I RECEIVED AN SMS THAT WANTED ME TO RATE HER, I RATED HER VERY LOW BECAUSE OF HER BAD SERVICES.
DIKELEDI LEGWALE CALLED ME TO FIND OUT WHY AM I RATING MEGAN SO LOW, I EXPLAINED TO HER. AFTER THAT SHE EVEN HELPED ME ON RENEWING THINGS FOR MY COURTESY. SHE WAS GIVING ME FEEDBACKS TIME AND AGAIN.
I WAS SO SATISFIED ABOUT HER SERVICES!
