Dial Direct disappoints when its time to claim

I had an accident on the 2nd of August and Dial Direct being my car insurer called me the same evening and the consultant that called me was Tshadi and she said she will be handling my claim and keeping me up to date with the procedure but that turned out not happening as to this day I am the person doing all the calling and have been unable to get hold of her to this day and only get her collegues as she is somehow unavailable to take my call. This has led to me being emailed my qoute by her collegue Portia and she does not even have the decency to return any of my calls and is leading to my claim taking forever to get processed.

I would like to know if this is how Dial Direct treats their customers when claiming but not when it comes to collecting their premiums as they do so on time monthly and never run late. I would also like to know how their staff get their customer service training as Tshadi is being very unproffesional here and how they plan to decipline her to make sure that this never happens to another client.
