I bought an Ipad 4 but received an Ipad 3, when I reported the error was promised an exchange... then there was no stock, so was offered a refund at same percentage of discount, only to discover later (this was not mentioned initially, I was led to believe it would be cash) its Groupon credit, which I do not want as will never deal with them again. Finally was promised that full amount will be refunded after item was picked up... have been waiting 2 days now for that pickup... this whole process has taken 6 weeks, still no joy. I email, am not answered. I call, am promised call backs, they don't happen. And this is from numerous customer service attendants as well as senior Kelly Paulus. Hands in hair!!! Can anybody make these people honor any agreement??!!!
