I bought two units on 17 Apr 2012. One unit has packed up. I have since spoken to three consultants at the Groupon Customer Care center, and have they all promised that a courier would deliver a new unit... needless to say we are still waiting. Strange how there is no record of any converstaion I have had with any of the consultants either... I just want the unit replaced
