Voucher never recieved, but money was debited!

I purchased a Voucher for a Hama Digital Photo frame via Groupon. Groupon debited my account for an amount of R258, 00 and the rest of my accumulated credit was used for the purchase of this item. To date I have not received the item purchased.

I am still awaiting feedback regarding my money. I was in contact with a Lady by the name of Laura and she was of no assistance then I sent another email where a Lady by the name of Waseema Peters responded and I am still awaiting feedback from her as well.

I would like my money to be returned to me and feel that Group is an unethical company as they cannot account for what has happened to my information. Furthermore, proof was attached to show that the money was debited into their account.

I will no longer be using their services and neither will I ever recommend them to anyone that I know.
