Terrible service from Groupon

I had rude, inefficient and terrible service from the Puri Thai Massage in Grayston that I bought a voucher for. They forgot my first appointment and double booked, so we were turned away after fighting traffic to get to our appointment. They were so rude and never really managed to accommodate use, so I wrote to Groupon asking if they would consider refunding the voucher due to bad service from the provider. I emailed and emailed and they simply ignored every single one pf my complaints. I have never received and email back from them.

I will never buy anything ever again on Groupon and will unsubscribe ASAP. There are so many great providers out there like CityMob or Zando who actually deliver. I don't even know why I bothered with Groupon - they!!!
