I spoke to Chantall to call a client for incepting a policy on Tuesday the 8th. The client was getting a great deal and the policy was a sure thing.

The problem was that the client managed to move the call so many times that I suspect at least 6 different calls were made just to get the client on cover.

It was so many moves that I thought there was a problem during the underwriting. She assured me that the client is happy and just kept on following up with the client until the policy was activated this morning.

Well done on not getting frustrated and getting the job done! You're a star. Aanhouer wen!
