I have been dealing with Ethel Sekgothe who has been handling my claim and I must say that I was impressed with the way she handled everything from day 1 when I phoned. Although she communicates with alot of clients daily, when she deals with you she makes it seem as if shes only handling your claim and you her only client. She really has a way of making you smile despite what has happened to you and can put herself in the client's shoes. From that day I wanted to deal with only her even when they re allocated my claim to someone else I had to beg for her to be in charge of it again. She has got a positive attitude and puts her clients first in all her dealings, she deserves recognition for her hard work... Happy client.
