No Delivery of goods ordered 18 Nov 2012

I ordered a pot set from them and after the expiry of the coupon i tried contacting them but they were closed. eventually got hold of them on the 9th Jan where i was told they will get back to me that day. i'm currently holding on again while they are trying to find out what is happening. this is i'm telling every one i know not to by goods from them. Have you seen all the complaint against Group on. seems to be a real issue.
