Tracey's response? A manager will get back to you soon. Just like many other complainants waiting for this non-existent manager who is equally incompetent.

Tracey - it is obvious that your business processes, even just for following up are dismal.

I have accounts at two other banks who have been responsive although they took almost 2 weeks to respond - much better than 2, 5 months.

For every one disgruntled customer you do not satisfy if it is a reasonable issue, FNB will lose 10 potential or existing customers as we move away on principle, no matter how wonderful your other products and advertisements are.

Please do not ask one of your clearly non-existent managers to contact me. it is obvious that they have much more important fish to fry. i am sure the new bank for my company account will soon let the market know one way or another of how they helped a small company grow from 0 to R4b turnover company in only 10 months. Don't forget to tell Steve too!
