I placed an order on 28 Feb. I've been told that delivery takes 3-4 weeks. It's now 5 1/2 weeks. Attempts to get ANY feedback has been pathetic - I get given a ticket number (there's been 3 so far) - when I review it online it's either "not assigned" or "deleted or resolved"

ITS NOT RESOLVED!!! and don't give me another ticket number

pick up the phone and talk to me!!!

Otherwise refund me my money
