Promissed refund on 19th but still no response

After my initial complaint on hello peter it seemed like the refund was going be processed for items purchased but not supplied. To my disgust, the refund is still not made even after including the alleged head of refunds.
I have now also laid a formal complaint in terms of the consumer protection act as this company clearly has no intention or the ability to refund a client who was mislead from the start!
