Still waiting for Refund

Have been waiting for a refund since 8 March. Emails are not returned. No toll free or share call number for Call Centre. Calls become excessively expensive when you are calling from JHB and you are number 25 in the que!!! I tried calling again this morning, I was number 24 in the que and when I got through I was told that all the managers are in a meeting and the systems are down so they cannot assist me. Shocking service!!! and they still owe me my refund.
