WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

I first placed my order on the 5th of Dec. Queried it around 20 days later with a "bad attitude" reply... "Read the fine print". Then I queried it again on FB in the New year with a respond 2 days later to Inbox them, which I did. again much later I queried again, with a response... "You want a Refund? " I said YES as at this point, one can only take so much... STILL WAITING... I must say... I have worked in the SERVICE INDUSTRY for a long time and even in Africa, and NEVER have I come across such BAD service... How this company still makes a living is beyond me, as I see so many complaints against them... I wadding? I want someone on the Management team to come back to me TODAY!!! Who am I kidding.. I have been asking this now for 2 weeks
