No deliver after >5 weeks

I ordered something from groupon on the 6 Sept13. and have not received the parcel as yet. I queried this on Sep 25, and got a positive response on the 26 Sep saying delivery will be in 3-5 days. I asked again on 9 October, and on the 10th they said that they will forward to the product support dept to query. I still have not received the parcel after more than 5 weeks, and I have already missed 2 occassions I have bought this gift for way in advance. I also could have used this money for something better if I knew I would be waiting this long. Please advise, so I can cancel the order or get a refund!
