Full of promises - still no delivery!!

I bought a Philips iPhone docking sound tower on 11 Des on Christmas list (REF: 14357970). Delivery was promised before or on 20 Des. No one contacted me and no delivery (I sat at home waiting the whole day). After I send and email I got a reply that the secondary courier company has been liquidated. Then it was promised to be delivered on 24 Des. Still no delivery. Then I got a tracking number which the courier company did not have on their system. Another promise was made for delivery before the 8th of December. Still no one has contacted me and if you try to phone them there is 65 calls waiting! A new promise was made to do delivery before the 11th which did not happen, neither did they keep me up to date as promised. Today I got an new email to say that they are late with deliveries and I have to deal with someone new now and complete a new form. What is going on here, according to their CEO, Daniel Guasco he aspires to build Groupon up to become one of the leading South African based e-commerce companies - well have I got news for him, with such bad service (worst service I have ever encountered) nothing of the kind is going to happen!! I am waiting for a response!!!
