Changing Voucher AFTER order, and not responding! `

I have been emailing groupon since the 3rd January regarding a refund, which they have yet to respond to.
I have sent so far approximately 4 emails requesting a response. I have tried calling the customer care about 4 times as well, and each time i am number 20-something, because they have a high volume of Christmas purchasing queries.
I purchased the 9 canvas prints, which originally stated it would be 9 separate convasses and ONLY AFTER ordering the canvas, there is an automated response saying that it would only be on ONE canvas. I have been requesting my refund.
HOPEFULLY this way i can AT LEAST get my money back.
Groupon service has literally gone to the dogs recently.
NEVER BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!
