R510 NOT REFUNDED

On 20 Feb 13, I cancelled my subscription with Groupon and requested for all the unused vouchers to be credited back into my credit card. The amounts were R88, R575, R510, R199. On 1 March I received an email stating the funds will be transferred back to 'My Credit' on my Groupon account for me to spend. After calling back and repeating myself that I did not want this to happen, the R88 was deposited into my cheque account on 5 March. The R575 was deposited into my cheque account on 13 March. The R199 was reversed from my credit card dated 11 Dec 12. The R510 cannot be found anywhere. I have been dealing with Sisanda, Waseema, Zulfa, Chi Chi and Loyiso and all can't help. I even emailed you my cheque account and credit card bank statements to prove that the R510 is nowhere to be found. I keep getting an email saying the R510 was depoisited into my credit card, but my bank cannot confirm this and this does not reflect on my internet banking. What else do you want from me to prove that I did not reveive the R510 from you? I Want my money.
