DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED in Groupon's servicesI'

DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED in your services, this was my 2nd time using you & my last, believing I was working with a reputable company! Bought a voucher to do my hair! After confirming appointment 3times, I arrived@8 as arranged, because I had a wedding to attend the afternoon, which of course I was late for due to your severe negligence&in consideration as I had to make other arrangements regarding my hair&transport to the wedding! After waiting a hour before anybody arrived, I was informed that the lady who was suppose to do my hair was liquidated&they phoned Groupon on several occasions to cancel the campaign-salon could not help me as they were fully booked. How does Groupon have the audacity to market someone who is liquidated &knowingly take other people's money, this is a disgrace! Under the circumstances the least Groupon can do is refund me! I tried to contact them telephonically but as expected lines are not working! I will not recommend anybody to them! Sure my complaint will not faze them but word of mouth is a very powerful tool &the best marketing avenue! HOPE THEY HEED MY DISGUST in them and their INCOMPETENT service! Will appreciate a reply, which will be a unexpected surprise!
