Still No Refund

This is a follow up from my last complaint. Thank you for refunding me for faulty items I bought through Groupon but I haven't been refunded for everything. I called the call center last week Wednesday and was told the refund would reflect by Tuesday, 12/03//2013. I still haven't received anything nor heard anything from them.
