3 X WRONG DELIVERY

I ordered 3 x strip lights with remote, and they delivered only 1. After querying, they delivered the wrong rope lights x 1, I queried again, they deliver 2 x wrong rope light again. I have queried again and was promised feedback. I am still waiting, After phoning today it seems that my query has just fallen by the way side and we are starting a fresh with a new customer service person, having to explain the whole story again. I got cut off without getting the ladies name, so I guess I am going to have to phone again and yet again explain my story. Please can someone assist. I have been a regular customer of Groupon and it seems that with all the last deals I have experienced problems. I guess time to learn my lesson and spread the word big time no to support Groupon. Let see if Groupon can save a customer?
