On the 29 November we ordered a camera and paid for it for my son, whose birthday was the 14 th january. Groupon could not deliver and advised us the order had been cancelled and refunded 28 January. We did not want the order cancelled, we had given the birthday boy a copy of what to expect. It is now 13 march and we still have no satisfactory response and no one ever comes back to you. We insist on the camera as bought and paid for to be delievered. The agent Shana dealt with the matter in a very unprofessional way. Nazli a supervisor then promised to come back to us and has not
