Hi in January the internet online shop, Wicount had a sushi maker advertised and I purchased 2. The price that it was advertise for was R179. I went ahead and purchased 2 and the transaction for R389 was deducted from my cheque account and I received an email to say the delivering will follow soon. After 3 weeks, Churchhill couriers came to my work and delivered 1unit and when I questioned it the delivering guy said he has nothing to do with the quantity he just delivers. I immediately contacted the callcentre in Johannesburg, I spoke to Lerato and she assured me that she will contact their distribution centre and log the compliant. During the next week I followed up with an email and received an email where Lerato send the email to the distribution centre. A week later I phoned to the callcentre again and spoke to Gugu and she said Lerato is not there now, but she will also log the compliant with the distribution centre. It has been a month now and I have not received any concrete feedback from Wicount. I just the second unit and an apology from Wicount for not delivery it on time because I dont think that I will get my money back. Please be warned people!!!
