Lack of feedback and no delivery

I purchased an item 8 October 2013. Wicount's policy is to deliver within 14 to 30 days. I received an email several days ago to state that the Christmas season is causing "heavy traffic". Such poor service is unacceptable, and the festive season cannot be used as an excuse for something purchased in October. It is not only the poor service in on-time delivery, but also the total disregard for feedback. I have emailed and called several times personally and feedback was often given a week or later, or not at all. In terms of bad service I'd say that Wicount has all the boxes ticked.
This was the last time I ordered from Wicount and I have already discouraged others to refrain from using their services if that is what is expected.
