Damaged goods

I received damaged goods in November last year and have logged numerous complaints since then on their help website - [URL Removed] - to ask for the product to be replaced so that I can start using it. They continuously close my request and regard it as solved even though they have never contacted me once regarding my complaint.

They should at least contact me!
