Groupon worst ever customer service

After making payment 2 weeks ago and numerous calls to groupon and waiting on the line for 45mins per call x 3 calls and emails, the query hasn't been resolved. I will not recomment anybody to make use of Groupon and will definitely spread by word of mouth of the appauling service they provide!!!
