Still No response

I sent a complaint on the 18 Dec 12, I only got a response on the 31st Dec 12, In the response I was unreliable informed that my account has been credited with a gratuity credit, today is the 14th Jan 13 and i have not seen anything like a gratuity credit in my account. Disaapointing
