On the 25th of February 2013 I made an online purchase at the Groupon SA website, I made a payment and proof was sent to [Email Removed] The product that I purchase was a Zando Shopping Voucher, each was worth R99.00 and I bought two voucher. Until today I haven't received anything indicating that I had made a purchase. I sent them a follow up email, their customer service only replied once with a link to follow up with my complaint. When I clicked that linked that linked, it redirected me to another page. As things are right now, I am unable to log on to my Groupon SA online account. It;s either I am being redirected to another page or I receive an arror message regarding my password account, which by the way is 100 percent correct. I clicked the fogotten password link so that I can see how did I get my password wrong but I haven't received anything assistance regarding this matter. Thank you, I hope I am the only who's experienced this terrible expereince with Groupon SA.
