I ordered a blender from Groupon in December and it was said it would take 3-4 weeks to deliver. After the first email it was said it would be another 3 weeks. Fine, now they just don't answer my emails anymore.

I am fed up with their. I ordered a iPod from One Day Only that got when the truck in JHB got hijacked and they could not deliver to over 250 people. The customer service was excellent and they could not help more and keep us updated. I will use them anytime over Groupon from now.

Groupon, please can you just tell the truth to people when they ask questions and stop spinning out the usual. I have had 2 other problems with your coupons / vendors and am sick of it.

If you don't have the decency to reply to emails (non automated ones with usual spin) then maybe you should have a long hard look at your business.
